Fashion Connect has partnered up with 5 personally verified and
vetted UK retailing stores.

Our retailing partners works closely with Italian wholesalers
as well as directly with the brands, ensuring all products are 100% authentic.

New stock is arriving and uploaded weekly, allowing our
clients to always have the latest season and hot selling products.

Yes, all product prices are VAT included.

Fashion Connect will give you instant access to a wide
variety of professional product and model images. Our huge catalogue of photography
means you can start uploading and promoting products instantly. We host professional
photoshoots for our products on a monthly basis, ensuring our clients will
always have the most up to date and latest pictures for their stores.

Orders are shipped from our Retailing partner warehouse’s directly to your customer.

We offer 2 delivery options for our clients, which we
recommend you pass on to the customers. The first option is a standard 3-5 day delivery (£4.95), and the second option is Next day UK delivery (£6.95). Orders must be confirmed and paid by midday (12pm) to be eligible for Next day UK delivery.

We use anonymous packaging for all client orders, meaning
the customer will believe the product has come directly from our clients. Feel free to send us in your own packaging to use for your orders!

All duties and taxes will be covered by Fashion Connect for all orders in the EU/US.

The short answer is no, you do not need a website to start
selling products Fashion Connect grants you access to. We have designed our packages to suit each of our clients needs, whether that means you want to start selling products through your own website, or just make sales through social media.

Yes! As long as your store is using Shopify, we can integrate
our products in real time directly to your website.

Yes you can create your own Shopify store and still connect to our products! This option would be our 'Connection package'.

You will gain access instantly to a huge catalogue of
professional model and product images, meaning you can start uploading and promoting products straight away! If you have chosen our website package, please allow up to 5-10 business days for completion.

No, Fashion Connect takes care of that for you. All products
are synchronised to your store in real time. This means you will never have to manually upload any products or quantities to your website, and that all new product arrivals are automatically pushed through to your store.

All products a synchronised via an app we work with on Shopify.

All products uploaded to your website will automatically be
pushed through with a 25% mark up on top of a client’s cost price. Clients can view their cost price direct on our website and decide to increase or decrease the profit they make on each product.

Fashion Connect clients have complete control of product
prices, titles, descriptions and images. You can change, amend or delete any of
the products uploaded to your store.

Yes, Fashion Connect offers up to 14 days return period from the moment
a customer receives their order.

Once a customer returns an item, our clients will be
notified to action a refund to their customer. The total amount of the order
will be credited to our clients account towards their future orders.

Yes we accept exchanges for our clients orders. Subject to availability.

So, you’ve just received an order! If you are a website or
connection client Our Retailing partner stores will already be informed of each
order as soon as its made. We will invoice you within 2 business hours, along with instructions on how to pay.

If you are a social package client, you will need to invoice
us with the customers information as well as the product SKU that they have ordered. We will then send you an invoice along with instructions on how to pay.

We have packages to catering all types of budgets. We do
recommend having a small amount of cash flow to start, to help fund some of your future orders. Message us for more information.

You will be invoiced by us once an order has been placed.

Fashion Connect gives you access to products with up to 70%
off RRP. Meaning the potential profit on products can be huge! Products are automatically uploaded to your store with a 25% mark up, but our customers have the freedom to up their prices as they see fit.

Depending on the package you choose, there will be usually 3
monthly outgoings once you have connected. These will be :

Shopify - £25, Syncio - £50, FC Connection Charge - £25

If you have signed up with our Social package, you will only
incur in a £25 monthly fee.

Yes, you can sell our products on any platform or market
places you choose.

We only accept bank transfer for client orders.

No, unfortunately Fashion Connect does not offer any free
trial periods.
